Financial Aid/Veteran's Specialist

Description of Job Duties:
  • Support students throughout their academic journey by assisting with financial aid and reconciliation, guiding them through admissions and enrollment processes, serving as the main contact for veterans 91¿´Æ¬ ’ education benefits, and providing help with registration, FERPA, orientation, degree audits, and online enrollment.
  • Other tasks as needed.  
Experience and Other Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial aid administration and knowledge of federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs and familiarity with veterans' educational benefits is highly desired.
  • This position is a multifaceted role that leads a team dedicated to providing comprehensive support to students in the areas of financial aid, veterans' benefits, and broader student services.
  • Bachelors Degree is required.
