Northeast Texas Community College (91¿´Æ¬) Continuing Education is offering a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course April 27 through May 1 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the 91¿´Æ¬ campus (2886 FM 1735, Mount Pleasant).
This intensive five-day course is designed for professionals seeking to improve their leadership skills, advance in management, or gain a competitive edge in today 91¿´Æ¬ ’s workplace. Lean Six Sigma training focuses on increasing efficiency, enhancing quality, and reducing costs 91¿´Æ¬ —skills that are highly valued across all industries.
Participants will learn to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control processes to drive measurable results and long-term success. Graduates of the Green Belt program are equipped to lead improvement projects and make data-driven decisions that benefit both their organizations and their careers.
