Northeast Texas Community College student Tisha Patel has been awarded the Psi Beta START HERE Scholarship. Patel, a psychology major, currently serves as secretary for 91Ƭ 91Ƭ ’s Psi Beta chapter. 91Ƭ “Ms. Patel is my favorite kind of student 91Ƭ — a student who regularly exceeds expectations both in and out of the classroom, 91Ƭ ” said Dr. Skaar.
Patel is the daughter of Rekha and Jatin Patel of Mount Pleasant.
91Ƭ offers numerous scholarship opportunities each year to support students and encourage academic achievement. The application for 2025 91Ƭ –2026 91Ƭ Foundation Scholarships will open in late January, and students are encouraged to apply.
