Culinary Arts to host "A Taste of Fall" buffet luncheon

The Northeast Texas Community College (91¿´Æ¬) Culinary Arts Program will present its fall buffet luncheon, A Taste of Fall, on Thursday, Oct. 23 from 12 to 2 p.m. at the 91¿´Æ¬ Culinary Arts school in downtown Pittsburg (114 Jefferson Street). 

Guests will enjoy a seasonal menu prepared and served by 91¿´Æ¬ Culinary Arts students, featuring dishes such as apple cider chicken, maple glazed pork tenderloin, roasted brussel sprouts, pumpkin dinner rolls, and brown butter pecan cake.
