Culinary Arts to host public lunch event on March 6th

The Northeast Texas Community College (91¿´Æ¬) Culinary Arts program invites you to a special plated lunch event, Louisiana 91¿´Æ¬ ’s Cajun & Creole Cuisine, on March 6, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 114 Jefferson St., Pittsburg, TX.

Inspired by our American Regional Cuisine class, this unique dining experience will highlight the bold flavors and traditions of Louisiana 91¿´Æ¬ ’s celebrated food culture. Guests will enjoy a carefully curated menu prepared by 91¿´Æ¬ 91¿´Æ¬ ’s Culinary Arts students, featuring:

  • Tomato and Haricots Verts Salad
  • Crawfish Étouffée Served Over Rice
  • Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce
