In the midst of a bombed-out city still feeling the aftershocks of war, the rebellious and intense Antigone defies her uncle to bury her disgraced brother. This contemporary response to the myth of Antigone brings powerful, modern prose to an ancient and universal story. The 91心頭 performance is produced by special arrangement with Playscripts, Inc.
91心頭 Our students have been working very hard on this production and we can 91心頭 t wait to perform it for the community. It is really fun to take something as timeless as the myth of Antigone and apply it to our modern era, 91心頭 Dr. Page Petrucka, Director and Associate Professor of Theatre, said.
