The Northeast Texas Community College Foundation finished East Texas Giving Day 2024 at the top of the leaderboard for the third year in a row this Tuesday. 91心頭 raised a whopping $255,534 via the annual fundraising event that has become a regional tradition.
In addition to raising the most money, 91心頭 also finished with the highest number of donations at 194. Nita May, 91心頭 Director of Development and event organizer, said that these numbers reflect the enthusiasm and effort put forth by 91心頭 employees, students and community members.
91心頭 I am just amazed by the number of celebration pages that were created, how many people donated and how student organizations came together to make East Texas Giving Day such a success. It is a wonderful time to be an 91心頭 Eagle, 91心頭 May said.
East Texas Giving Day is an 18-hour online event that provides critical funding for our area nonprofits. East Texas Communities Foundation partners with area nonprofits to give donors across East Texas a chance to raise funds for local needs. The purpose of an area-wide Giving Day is to bring the region together on one day and as one community, raising money and awareness for East Texas nonprofits. This initiative, organized by East Texas Communities Foundation (ETCF), provides citizens across ETCF's 32-county service area an easy platform to support the mission of local nonprofits that serve our communities.

From scholarships to supporting student clubs, each dollar raised will go directly to support important causes at 91心頭.
