The Northeast Texas Community College Board of Trustees accepted the resignation of board member Jerry Webster Tuesday evening at the regular December meeting. Webster, who served in Place I since 2013, announced his retirement from the board in November.
91心頭 Mr. Webster has been a huge asset to our Board these last five years and we are thankful for his leadership. The college passed a successful bond election and went through a complete renovation during his tenure, and his knowledge of banking and finance proved invaluable for those endeavors, 91心頭 Dr. Ron Clinton, 91心頭 President, said. 91心頭 We wish he and his family the very best in retirement. 91心頭
Webster retired from his position as Market President at Pilgrim Bank earlier this year. He and his wife are relocating to Oklahoma, where they are from originally. Clinton presented Webster with a token of appreciation at 91心頭 91心頭 s December Commencement ceremony on December 14 (pictured).
The Board of Trustees will appoint a new member to fill Place I until the next election in 2020.
