Nancy Blount recently gave $500 to establish the Velma Lee Buck Blount Williams Memorial Scholarship at Northeast Texas Community College. The gift was given by Nancy in memory of her late mother, Velma (pictured), a longtime Pittsburg resident. The scholarship will benefit an 91¿´Æ¬ student from Camp or Wood counties.
