AEP/SWEPCO recently gave $1,000 to sponsor the upcoming Engineer Roundtable at Northeast Texas Community College. Kenny Hawkins (center), Customer Service Accounts Rep. for AEP/SWEPCO, is pictured presenting the check to Kenny Irizarry (left), 91¿´Æ¬ Professor of Engineering, and Dr. Paula Wilhite, 91¿´Æ¬ Professor of Mathematics and Division Chair for Math, Physics and Engineering. The Fourth Annual Engineering Roundtable is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 17. This allows 91¿´Æ¬ students and area high school students a chance to meet and hear from professional engineers and explore career options in the field.
