Here's a message from Diane regarding her 91��Ƭ †personal wellness plan?

Let me say, I am honored to receive this recognition although I?m not 100% certain it is due me. 91��Ƭ † I would like to say something very profound about why I started exercising on a regular basis. 91��Ƭ † However, the real reason is that closet full of clothes that I keep out- growing! 91��Ƭ † I told myself, ?This has to stop!? 91��Ƭ † We?ve all seen the commercials where they say, ?and all I did was walk?. 91��Ƭ † 91��Ƭ † I realized I can do that! 91��Ƭ † We have the Fit Center here on Campus with state of the art fitness equipment; and, it?s free. 91��Ƭ † 91��Ƭ † 91��Ƭ †So, I get up at 4 a.m. 91��Ƭ †every morning in order to walk before work. 91��Ƭ † I definitely feel much better! 91��Ƭ † I don?t really eat unhealthy; but, I do love my sweets. 91��Ƭ † I?m trying to cut back; and, I?m doing okay. 91��Ƭ † Alright, truthfully, I?m not; but, I?m trying and that?s what counts! 91��Ƭ † So, take control and join me. 91��Ƭ † All I do is walk!
