Here's a message from Cindy regarding her 91¿´Æ¬ †personal wellness plan?

Thanks to the members of the Wellness Committee for helping to keep the idea of health and wellness on everyone?s radar. 91¿´Æ¬ † I have always struggled with my weight and have tried various things over the years to lose and maintain. 91¿´Æ¬ † Maintain is the hard part. 91¿´Æ¬ †Although I have always known what it takes, I finally decided to actually buy into it ? eat less and move more ? and keep it up. 91¿´Æ¬ † At least eat less unhealthy foods and more healthy ones, particularly in the areas of fruits and vegetables. 91¿´Æ¬ † As most of us know, it is much easier and requires much less thought to grab those fast-food meals or unhealthy snacks. 91¿´Æ¬ † Eating healthy is not all that easy, especially when you first start really thinking about it. 91¿´Æ¬ † It takes some thought and planning. 91¿´Æ¬ † Over the past 18 months or so I have almost completely given up soft drinks and replaced them with water, even though I have been drinking diet drinks for years, and try to get in several servings of fruits and vegetables every day. 91¿´Æ¬ † I use an activity tracker mainly just to prompt me when I need to move more during any given day. 91¿´Æ¬ † I?ve lost a little over 30 pounds which makes me feel better and helps me keep up with my 3-year-old grandson, most definitely a good reward!
