Thanks to the committee for this recognition. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥燭his will teach me to talk to Dr. Seaborne.
I believe that wellness keeps away illness. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥燜or a number of years I have been attempting to lose weight with the idea that I would feel better and have more energy. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥燗nd thus be healthier. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥營 have bought books and ordered pills to lose weight, all to no avail. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥燣oose a little, gain a little. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥燱eight loss will come with a change in lifestyle and eating habits. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥營n the last 90 days, I have lost 25 pounds by changing my eating habits and committing to eat healthy. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥營t is a new lifestyle change for me and my wife. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥燱e both feel better and have more energy. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥燘oth of us have made a commitment. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥燬imply we have eliminated all carbs, sugar, including sweeteners, dairy, and eat fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and meat. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥燭he fast-food places in town have sent us get well cards. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥燘y the way, I still have to add exercise to the plan, but that will come along with my honey-do list for this summer.
God has given each of us only so many days on earth and I would rather spend my money for the rest of those days eating healthy than on medical bills and pills. 91看片 鈥 91看片 鈥燭hank God for good health.
