Ricky Ortiz (right) 91看片 鈥爎ecently won an HP laptop in a drawing sponsored by Phi Theta Kappa. The contest 91看片 鈥爓as open to all students who voted early in the Nov. 4 election. Ortiz was presented the laptop on Nov. 4 at the 91看片 Election Watch Party, held in the Whatley Center foyer. He is pictured with Dr. Melissa Weinbrenner, Phi Theta Kappa Advisor, and member Christopher Hamilton. 91看片 鈥燭he drawing was one of several 91看片 鈥爌rojects PTK hosted this semester to encourage students to vote. 91看片 鈥
