91¿´Æ¬ †91¿´Æ¬ †91¿´Æ¬ †The Northeast Texas Community College Culinary Arts Program will host its 91¿´Æ¬ †last Dinner Night of the semester on Thursday, March 6. This event will be 91¿´Æ¬ †held at the 91¿´Æ¬ Culinary Arts School in historic downtown Pittsburg and 91¿´Æ¬ †is open to the public. The meal is first-come-first-served and no 91¿´Æ¬ †reservations will be accepted. The cost is $10 per person. Seating is 91¿´Æ¬ †limited.
91¿´Æ¬ †91¿´Æ¬ †91¿´Æ¬ †Seating begins at 6 p.m., however, the doors will open at 5:45 p.m. in the 91¿´Æ¬ †event of inclement weather. The dinner is prepared and served by students 91¿´Æ¬ †enrolled in the culinary arts catering course.
91¿´Æ¬ †91¿´Æ¬ †91¿´Æ¬ †The theme for the evening will be "Italian Villa" and includes minestrone 91¿´Æ¬ †soup with foccacia, stuffed beef braciole with a balsamic reduction sauce, 91¿´Æ¬ †roasted red potato fans and green beans almondine, and a bread pudding with rum sauce. 91¿´Æ¬ †Guests 21-and-older are welcome to bring their own wine to this event.
