The Northeast Texas Community College Culinary Arts Program and Chef Sara Hicks recently hosted the Fourth 91Ƭ †Semi-Annual 91Ƭ †?Culinary Camp? with Region 8. 91Ƭ † This semester?s technique was ?super! Salads.? Chef Hicks works with area high school teachers on techniques that translate well into their classrooms. 91Ƭ † This summer, Culinary Arts will host a ?weekend warrior? camp for the Region 8 participants. 91Ƭ †These events are fun, educational, and, of course, delicious!
