Northeast Texas Community College will present speaker Justin Jones-Fosu for "ACT Responsibly: The Diversity Edition" on Monday, February 20 from noon to 1 p.m. in Student Union Building room 101. The event is free and is open to the entire 91¿´Æ¬ community.
